A Haunting in the Northern Maine Woods

A Haunting in the Northern Maine Woods has video of purported paranormal events. [heavy sarcasm on] I don't see how this could possibly be faked. [heavy sarcasm off]
Have you seen any of the new so-called true story horror movies that have come to the theaters in the last few years? Or perhaps you may have watched ghost hunting shows on t.v. that go to different places to investigate hauntings and then tell the results of their findings? Well we are not saying that they are not true, just the fact that the evidence is not there to support their claims.
Well this is where our haunting is different from all the rest, WE ACTUALLY HAVE REAL VIDEO OF OBJECTS BEING MOVED BY AN UN-SEEN FORCE!

We believe this is evidence that before now has never been captured by anyone, anywhere! If it has, then I say to all these producers and story writers, prove it!

Great blog! Interesting footage.

Weird how it just goes from bed to floor...like it disappears...and then shows up on the floor, instead of being moved in one fluid motion, which, if I was a ghost that's how I'd move stuff.

Hahahaaa.... very spiritual.

"Hey George! Look what I can do if I hit the pause button while we're recording!"

I await with bated breath for the upcoming book, "If I Did It" by the Spirits of the Northern Maine Woods.

The stuffed moose head is also a nice touch. I wish he would roll his eyes during the footage.

Can you say a string tied to it and pulled. That or a bad video tape editing.

Well there is difinitive proof of the afterlife. :P

OMGG, you hit the pause button. I have ghost in my house. It dosn't bother me. Most the time there out somewhere.

Im starting to write down some stuff and see if it all comes together.

slow the footage and u can see the camera was paused and turned back on. watch the light above the moosehead.

I've investigated Tomhegan... that place is no more haunted than your average WalMart.

There's some great urban legends surrounding the place, but the stories are well-practiced mediocre fiction.

I'm a northern Mainer. It will take more than this "evidence" to make me believe in ghosts. It's amazing what you can do with the right equipment.

If this had been real, you wouldn't have seen the jump in the object. A ghost generally can not move an object that far across space. For the object to roll off the bed and fall directly beside it on the floor would be a great hassle for many spirits, as the energy required for them to move on single thing is far greater than is required for a living being to move anything. I have never seen faker evidence in all the time I've spent investigating paranormal phenomena. Thank you for the waste of 18 seconds of my life.

This sucks. You're challenging movie producers with something like this? Hilarious.

The footage was complete B/S. The video pauses before the object appears on the floor. This is due to the fact that they stopped the video and then placed the object on the floor and then restarted the video to make it look like it just appeared from bed to floor.
